Refund Policy
Every project at Eddys Development is custom work — you are paying for the time, design, and development that go into building your app or website. Because of that, refunds work a little differently than they would for a physical product. This Policy explains exactly how, in plain terms. Any paid engagement is also governed by a separate written agreement between you and us, which controls if it conflicts with this Policy.
1. Deposits
A deposit reserves your place on our schedule and covers the initial scoping and design work. If you cancel before work begins, your deposit is refundable less a USD $350 administrative fee, which covers the time spent reviewing and scoping your project. Once work has begun, the deposit is non-refundable.
2. Milestone payments
Larger projects are billed in stages (for example, design, build, and launch). You approve and pay for each milestone before the next one begins, so you only ever pay for work that has been delivered. Payments for completed, approved milestones are non-refundable.
3. Cancelling mid-project
You can stop a project at any time. You will be billed for the work completed up to that point, and anything you have prepaid beyond that amount is refunded to you. You keep everything we have built and designed so far.
4. After delivery
Once a project is finished and accepted, it is non-refundable. If something is not working as agreed, we make it right through your included revisions and post-launch bug-fix window rather than through a refund.
5. Third-party costs
Costs paid to outside services — such as hosting, domains, App Store and Google Play fees, paid APIs, and software licenses — are non-refundable, because they are charged by those providers rather than by us.
6. Care plans and subscriptions
Ongoing care plans and subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. You will not be charged again, and the current billing period is not refunded.

8. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the latest version. The Policy in effect at the time you engage us applies to that engagement.
